Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Shop with Steff. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our shipping policy.

 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping processing time- All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped during weekends or holidays.

DUE TO COVID-19, THERE MAY BE A DELAY IN YOUR ORDERS

 

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

For domestic orders we offer two different types of shipping. Standard shipping for a $6 flat rate which is from 2-6 business days. We also offer Priority shipping for a $9 flat rate which is from 1-3 business days. 

 

International shipping

All international orders are weight based (meaning you pay according to the overall weight of your package)

Important note for all international orders - Shop with Steff is not responsible for any extra fees/charges made on behalf of your post office/ government. Any charges NOT made by Shop with Steff are not refundable because those charges have nothing to do with us.

 

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOST, DAMAGED OR STOLEN PACKAGES ONCE YOUR ORDER HAS SHIPPED.  IF YOUR PACKAGE GOES MISSING PLEASE FILE A CLAIM WITH USPS AS THIS HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH US. IM SORRY FOR ANY INCONVENIENCE THIS MAY CAUSE.
